Do you know a woman or girl who would love to try out dirt biking?
Do you ride, and want to meet, socialize and ride with some other amazing women and girls who ride too?
Are you interested in trying trials or would like to gain some new skills on the MX track?
The Liberty CC-NSORRA Women in Moto event hosted by Mill Hill in cooperation with Valley Yamaha- Suzuki is the perfect event for you!
Try it out with an Intro to Dirt Biking session
MSF dirt bike coaches will be available with NSORRA’s fleet of training bikes to give you a taste of off dirt biking! This opportunity is first come first serve, so reserve your spot ASAP.
NSORRA has training gear from their MSF dirt bike school, however supplies are limited. All women participating in the Intro to Dirt Biking sessions are highly encouraged to bring a helmet, gloves and either riding or leather work boots if possible. This will reduce wait times and ensure a good fit if supplies run low.
Intro to Trials
Trials mentors from across the province will be on site with a fleet of trials bikes to provide an opportunity for women to get a taste of trials riding. In the morning, basic skills sessions will provide riders with a chance to learn and refine skills that transfer to whatever bike they ride! The world of trials has much to offer and this is a great opportunity to learn more.
In the afternoon, intermediate riders will be given the opportunity to learn about the basics of trials, and apply their new skills to trials sections that will challenge what they know about line choices!
Again these sessions are first come first serve, so reserve your spot!
Motocross Skills Sessions with Heidi Cooke
Riders have the opportunity to learn about the nitty gritty of motocross with Maritime Motorsports Hall of Fame member Heidi Cooke! There is no better way to get a taste of the discipline and start to develop skills on the track than supported by strong female mentors. Come together with some likeminded ladies to wade into the world of MX.
The Trails are Your Playground
The track and trails will be open for riding all day, except for during the scheduled MX Skills Sessions and lunch. The best news: no sign up required! Just bring your bike, your gear, and YOU!
BBQ Lunch
Take a break and connect with a classic barbeque to refuel for an afternoon of riding!
