Maritime Trials Riders

The Maritime Trials Riders are a group of Off Road Riders who like to promote and participate in the sport of Motorcycle Trials Riding.

The sport of Motorcycle trials involves riding technical "sections" of trails without touching (dabbing) your foot to the ground. Every "dab" counts as a point and the fewest "dabs" win. Most events involve riding 6 to 10 "sections" in a loop and the loop is ridden 3 or 4 times.

We have 4 levels of difficulty from "beginner" (which can be ridden by riders who are even new to motorcycle riding) to "Advanced" (which can be challenging to very seasoned riders).

We follow the WTC rule book (last revised in 2013) that can be found here: http://www.worldtrialscanada.com/WTCObservedTrialsRules2013.pdf
